Terms

Pilot terms.

Pull Up is a NightPulse product, in pilot. The app can show nights, crews, check-ins, and follower lists. A demo walkthrough does not charge a card, even where the app shows a price.

A venue approves a promoter’s night before it is public. Publishing stays closed until that venue’s portal is on. People use their own judgment about a room, a lineup, and a crowd. A vibe is a rating from people still inside. It is not a promise about safety or attendance.

These terms cover the public site and the pilot app. They will be replaced by a signed set when billing and the public domain are connected.
